In entertainment, you need conflict. No one brought more conflict and chaos in the WWE than the heels of the company. As in the case of being the face, not everyone can just step in and be a villain. It takes presence, charm and outstanding commitment to being the most irritating human being possible to be the center of every WWE fans' hatred.

Professional wrestling has had some delightfully evil characters pass through its ranks from an egomaniacal CEO to a Nature Boy. But who's the baddest of the bad? We're pitting eight of the greatest agitators of professional wrestling ever to find out who is the best heel ever.

In the main event, we have Triple H vs. "Hollywood" Hogan. Triple H won his opening match, topping Vince McMahon by getting 55.6 percent of the vote. He then went on pin Ric Flair for the three-count, winning the debate with 63.3 percent of the vote.

"Hollywood" Hogan dominated his first round debate against the Million Dollar Man by gathering 75.9 percent of the vote. Hogan then foiled longtime rival "Rowdy" Roddy Piper once again, getting 62 percent of the vote in their semifinal matchup.

This one is for all the marbles. Who is the worst of the worst, the villain of villains, the scum of scum?

Who is the greatest heel of all time?

Triple H earned the "The Cerebral Assassin" for good reason. His tireless work to become the best wrestler catapulted him to the top of the wrestling world, where he has used the dirty tricks of past villains in his arsenal.

Triple H was always at the center of the action, betraying allies. He never hesitated to use his infamous sledgehammer. If you want a heel who can actually wrestle, irritate and have an overshadowing presence, look no further than Triple H.

There are heel turns, and there are Triple H heel turns. His transitions to villainy were not completely unexpected, but Triple H still had a way of shocking fans when he became the bad guy. Whether it was destroying DX or foiling the Rock, he would rally the fans against him quickly with his brutal beatdowns.

Hulk Hogan was the WWE's greatest champion and hero, but that all ended in 1996. Hulk Hogan turned heel to become "Hollywood" Hogan in the WCW, an arrogant, entitled coward who would hide behind his cohorts to protect his title. He was ruthless, and as much as people loved him when he was the face, they hated him just as much when he was the heel. Even when he was the villain, Hogan was the star of the show.

Even though he wasn't a hero anymore, "Hollywood" Hogan still had some of the best mic work in the business. Whatever magic he had rallying people around him he used to get fans to despise him. Hogan may have been the business' best hero, but there is no doubt that he was its best villain as well.
