Who would win in a fight: Mike Tyson or a tiger?
Over the years, Mike Tyson has become a bit of a…well, not a joke (never a joke), but definitely a punchline. He had a bunch of self-effacing cameos in movies, like this one in “Scary Movie 4” and this now-iconic bit in “The Hangover.” Over time, the parody overshadowed the man. But then you take a step back, and take a long, long look over Mike Tyson’s entire life and career, and completely understand why grown men practically unleashed their bowels each time they stepped into the ring with him.
Mike Tyson is undoubtedly one of the greatest fighters of all time. If anyone was going to beat a tiger—one of the ultimate forces of nature—it’ll be another ultimate force of nature. And this time, Mike, we encourage you to bite.
Here’s some perspective: tiger cubs typically weigh around three pounds when they’re born. By the time they hit adulthood, the average male can weight up to 1,000 pounds. On top of that, tigers have a mouth full of sharp teeth (some which are three inches long), and claws. We don’t care if you’re Mike Tyson or any Tyson—humans are just Tyson chicken against a tiger. Have you watched “Tiger King” on Netflix yet? No? Take a look at those tigers, and be honest with yourself—would you really want to go near them, let alone fight them?
The tiger would beat Tyson, hands (or paws, whatever) down. In a perfect world, though, Tyson and the tiger would become buddies, and live like kings throughout the rest of their lives together. Wait…did this happen already?
