An independent WBO review confirmed Jeff Horn defeated Manny Pacquiao in their fight in early July. Horn, a former school teacher, was awarded the fight because of his aggressive approach. After Jeff Horn's victory against Manny Pacquiao, throngs of fans were outraged at the result. However, after an independent review, fans need to get it into their heads Horn was the superior fighter in Brisbane. Horn was the aggressor throughout the fight, moving forward and bullying the smaller fighter.
Pacquiao won the ninth round, but Horn tossed Pacquiao around during the other rounds of the fight. You can see how much damage Horn did by how bloodied Pacquiao was at the end of the fight. Now that five independent judges have confirmed the decision, boxing fans can move on with their lives.
Was never a doubt, any clown could see that Horn clearly won that fight. Pac dominated for one round, Horn dominated the whole first half!

Without even looking at the numbers, people know who won the fight. Horn did put his head down and move forward, but you don't award aggression without results. Jeff Horn was getting tattooed the entire fight. Pacquiao landed 32 percent of the punches he threw. Despite being the aggressor, Horn only landed 15 percent of his punches, and only landed 92 hits to Pacquiao's 182.
Horn was out of control. He would lead with the head and get cheap shots in while in the clinch. The only reason Pacquiao looked as bad as he did was because he was head-butted. But anyone who knows boxing will agree Pac-Man won the fight.
