The Chargers unveiled concept drawings for a new stadium in downtown San Diego. While the rosy drawings have some fans excited, others wonder if the stadium will ever be built.

Before it can be built, the proposed stadium will have to be approved by voters in November - but many are uneasy about the vague language that potentially exposes taxpayers to costs in the future.

Will the stadium ever be built or is it just pie-in-the-sky thinking?

Qualcomm stadium was built in the late 1960s and has hosted three Super Bowls.
Not everyone is behind the new stadium. And if it doesn't get voter support, the project won't happen.
This is just the concept design. A real design would be made with the Joint Powers Authority, the City or other governmental entities. But again, work won't begin if voters don't approve its building.
