Should Marcus Lee actually transfer from Kentucky? | The Tylt
Marcus Lee is transferring from Kentucky after dropping out of the NBA draft. The team's head coach John Calipari confirmed the news and said Lee has been fully released without any restrictions.
Going into his senior year, he's leaving the Wildcats with an impressive record. His average was 6.4 points with 1.6 blocks and six rebounds. With success at Kentucky, should Marcus Lee actually transfer or should he stick it out?
Lee entered the NBA draft in April, but according to Bleacher Report, he wasn't getting enough buzz before dropping out. The sports website also noted that transferring could give him a fresh start and help him prepare more for next year's NBA draft. Then again, transferring could mean Lee will lose his edge. Kentucky plays basketball at a high level. If Lee wants to enter next year's NBA draft, he'll have to make sure he stays on top of his game.
While some fans respect the decision and wish him the best, others really think he should stay at Kentucky.

Clearly, Marcus Lee was just ready to move on. Sometimes a change of scenery is best for all parties involved. First class kid.— Chris Fisher (@ChrisFisher247) May 25, 2016
