WWE top superstar Roman Reigns violated the organization's talent wellness policy, resulting in a 30 day suspension. Reigns' fans were shocked by the strict decision. And others praised the WWE for actually suspending a top wrestler for breaking the rules. But overall, some are questioning if the WWE is being too strict. Did the WWE make a fair decision or no?
The suspension ends on Thursday, July 21, 2016, but Reigns will be missing a whole lot between now and then. Reigns can't participate in any live WWE events until Battleground, which is on Sunday, July 24. Also, he will miss the WWE Draft on July 19. OUCH! And fans aren't happy about it — calling the decision too harsh of a punishment. Plus, fans ask ... why lose a top player when there are big events coming up?
But even Reigns took responsibility for his actions. He accepted the WWE's response to his wellness failure via Twitter. There's no word yet on who will replace Reigns in WWE's live events, but it's clear it wasn't an easy decision for the WWE. And some say it had to be done. BUT ...
