Should Shaun White be celebrated or condemned?

Snowboarding superstar Shaun White added to his legendary career, winning a third gold medal in the halfpipe event at the 2018 Winter Olympics. However, that's not what everyone wanted to talk about after the win. Media members asked him about the 2016 sexual assault case that's still following him. Some think this should be a time of celebration for one of the greatest snowboarders ever. Others would like to see White dragged for the allegations against him. What do you think? 🏂

This is the Olympics, people. It's not the time to drag a man for a case that has already been settled. It is time to celebrate the hard work these athletes put in to be the best in the world at what they do.

Shaun White may have faced sexual assault allegations in his past, but he has worked back from multiple injuries to dominate the field again to get his third gold medal in four Olympic Games. That should be celebrated. He shouldn't be condemned for a case that is finished.

You can run, but you can't hide. Shaun White may be an Olympic Champion again, but that doesn't excuse him from criticism of some disturbing sexual assault allegations. Just because the case is settled doesn't mean he is innocent.

White may be good spinning in the air, but that shouldn't make people forget that he may have sent sexually explicit texts or forced an employee to wear more revealing underwear. White is a disgusting human being, and he should not be celebrated for anything.
