Many people were surprised Baker Mayfield shot up the draft board to be taken No. 1 overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. Why? This is the reigning Heisman Trophy winner who proved he was the best college football player in the country. He completed 70.5 of his passes in 2017, threw for 4,627 yards and 43 touchdowns.
