Will Colin Kaepernick ever play in the NFL again?
Fake report or not, Colin Kaepernick is still talented enough to make an NFL team, especially with his track record, including a Super Bowl appearance. Many think Kaepernick was a dud the last time he was on the field, but he was actually doing relatively well. In 12 games with the 49ers, Kaepernick had 16 touchdowns, only four interceptions and a quarterback rating of 90.7. People saying he's worse than some of the backups in the NFL are blind or biased. He will be on an NFL team!
Tylt sports editor Dan Tran sits down with The Ringer's Tyler Tynes to breakdown whether Black quarterbacks are treated fairly in the NFL.
Last year, the NFL suddenly organized a private workout for Colin Kaepernick that reeked of a publicity stunt. The league and its teams have been getting killed by the public for what was perceived to be the blackballing of Kaepernick. That seemed like a ploy to just get people off its backs and that hasn't changed in 2020.
The NFL has a long memory and it doesn't take kindly to people who rock the boat. There is no way the owners will sign off on signing Kaepernick after the trouble he caused for them.
