Who lost the failed Antonio Brown trade: Buffalo or Ian Rapoport?
You gotta be tough to be part of the Buffalo Bill family. Not only do you have to endure winters that make Hoth look like a vacation destination, you also have to deal with other fanbases constantly razzing you. Antonio Brown acting like Buffalo is a fate worse than death does not help.
Buffalo had a chance to get one of the best wide receivers in the entire league only to be publically rejected like freshman asking a senior to prom. Rapoport might be getting beat up on social, but the Bills lost a potentially successful season without Brown.
Sometimes, being first is the worst.
Ian Rapoport was the one who broke the developing trade. Despite being careful with language and explicitly saying the trade was not final, people have been destroying him on Twitter for getting the deal wrong. When it comes to social media, one slip up can get you ostracized pretty quickly. Rapoport's creditability with fans is shot and that's his meal ticket.
