NCAA's Best College Fan Base: Florida or Tennessee?
Many sports fans claim to love their teams, but there is no community more passionate about their clan than college sports fans. Whether its the sweet smell of an irresistible tailgate or the eardrum-shattering chants at a game, fans of NCAA sports know how to have a good time.
Despite having larger venues in college football, fans have no trouble filling the seats and making their environment as inhospitable as possible. We at the Tylt love college sports fans, and their rapid support of their teams. And that's why we want to know who is the loudest and proudest 12th man in the NCAA. Will your team win?
Here, we have the Florida Gators vs. Tennessee Volunteers. Florida rallied to edge Nebraska in its first-round matchup with 56.9 percent of the vote. Tennessee dominated Texas A&M with 70.8 percent of the vote to advance to the second round. Who will make it to the final four?

Gainsville may not have much, but every Saturday, Gators fans flood the university with nothing but blue and orange. Their fans are loud, they are cocky and they won't apologize for it.
There are many hand signs and motions in college football, but there's nothing as recognizable as the Gator Chomp. The sound of tens of thousands of fans clapping in unison echo through the intimidating confines of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, appropriately nicknamed the Swamp for its sweltering heat.
Many call them unjustifiably arrogant, but Tennessee fans just carry on fiercely supporting the orange and white. When you're a Volunteers fan, you can be part of the Vol Navy, a tailgating experience unlike any other on the Tennessee River near Neyland Stadium. Supporters grill right on their boats on the river or the dock, never leaving the marina to hear the roar of the crowd. And that crowd gets loud.
Despite having a few down years, Tennessee still has one of the rowdiest stadium experiences in college football. From running through the "T" to the singing of "Rocky Top," there are some grand traditions you can enjoy being a Volunteers fan. Here's Kristin Ford from Odyssey with why she loves being a Vols fan:
Although Tennessee fans have been mocked and teased about our confidence in our team, we still proudly proclaim, year after year, "this is our year" knowing that this statement will be true soon enough. Vol fans have proved time and time again that we will stand by this program and after witnessing the determination and drive that the players possessed during the bowl game, I believe that things will only go up from here.
