Better basketball: Wilson Evolution or Spalding TF-1000?
Every basketball player knows before every pickup game, you check who has the best ball. More times than not, if there was a Wilson Evolution around, you would be playing with beauty.
The soft padding felt like memory foam while you were handling the ball and would stick to the rim to give you that elusive shooters bounce. And no matter how sweaty Jim, your 270-pound rec gym legend, got, the ball would still be as grippy and easy to handle.
There is no other ball you need.

The Wilson Evolution is great, but it doesn't come close to the G.O.A.T. of indoor basketballs. The Spalding TF-1000 is a legendary pickup basketball ball. It's cushioned, but not to the extent of the Wilson, which feels more like handling a sticky marshmallow. The TF-1000 had a natural feeling leather grip and deep channels to give you full control of the ball.
The Wilson Evolution might be the en vogue ball now, but the TF-1000 is and will always be the ball of ballers.
