Move over, Warriors. The NBA belongs to the Houston Rockets now. With the Warriors fighting off the injury bug, the Rockets have taken over as the best team in the league. James Harden is averaging 30.4 points and 8.8 assists in an MVP-caliber campaign, looking unstoppable running head coach Mike D'Antoni's offense.

The difference between last year's exit and this year is that Harden has the help of Chris Paul to share the burden of being the main ballhandler. As a team, the Rockets are clicking on all cylinders. They averaged 110.4 points per game against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round and look unstoppable. With the team feeding off those two players, the Jazz are about to hit a sour note.

When Gordon Hayward left the Jazz, everyone left the team for dead. But Donovan Mitchell's quick ascension to stardom has carried the team on offense and made Utah a threat in the postseason. The former Louisville guard led the Jazz the first round against the Oklahoma City Thunder with 28.5 points per game and had some epic performances.

The team's defense also finished second-best in the league during the regular season, only giving up 99.8 points per game. Utah shut down Westbrook, Paul George, and Carmelo Anthony. It should have no problem stuffing Chris Paul and James Harden. The Jazz are going to be in the Western Conference Finals.
