Should Mark Cuban be forced to sell the Dallas Mavericks?

According to the Willamette Week in Portland, Oregon, Mark Cuban allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at a nightclub—an allegation Cuban denies. After being fined by the NBA for talking about "tanking" and the sexual harassment scandal that has dogged the whole organization, it may be time for the league to force Cuban to sell to save face. Still, these allegations were dropped and there is no need for such a drastic action if he wasn't convicted of a crime. What do you think? 🏀

Where there's smoke, there's fire. Mark Cuban said he knew nothing about the sexual harassment that occurred in the Dallas Mavericks organization, but after this bombshell, he clearly wouldn't stop that behavior if he was a perpetrator himself.

True, this is only an allegation and no case went to trial, but there is too much here for this to just be a coincidence. The NBA has an image problem on its hands if it continues to have Mark Cuban within its ranks. The organization needs to force Cuban to sell the team, just like it did with Donald Sterling.

When did the United States become a place where an allegation that was dropped mean factual guilt? The accuser never pursued a case and there wasn't enough evidence for lawyers to prosecute. At least when Donald Sterling was forced to sell the Clippers, there was concrete evidence that he was a racist.

People are going after Cuban because they don't like him. He doesn't deserve to lose his team over hearsay.
