Best 1-on-1 NBA player ever: LeBron James or Michael Jordan?
There is no greater test of basketball skill than going one-on-one and seeing if you have what it takes to score or stop someone. A common trend with all of the greatest players ever is being able to isolate and put defenders in a blender. But who should be crowned the G.O.A.T.?

There has never been an athlete like LeBron James in NBA history. No one should be that big and move that fast!
James is already unstoppable in a team setting. Having an entire half court to operate in is game over for any defender. His post game is good and still evolving and no one is stopping him if he decides to drive to the basket. Throw in an improved jumper and you have the deadliest weapon in one-on-one.
James is 6'8, 250 pounds. You can't teach size and The King has plenty of that against Jordan. James would destroy His Airness, no matter how much killer instinct he has.
It took entire teams to stop Jordan. There isn't one person who could lock up the most competitive man who ever played in the NBA.
Jordan might not have had a consistent three-point stroke, but at his peak, no one could stay in front of him on a drive. His footwork in the post was immaculate. His turnaround fadeaway is still one of the prettiest shots in basketball.
Jordan won't let LeBron James' size get in the way of a W. He has way too much pride and determination to get bullied. Jordan would make quick work of the King and show who the real G.O.A.T. is.
