Which team will Bryce Harper land on: Nationals or Yankees?

Bryce Harper made it through the non-waiver trade deadline, and revocable waivers, making him a free agent at the end of the season. Some think he will stay with the Nationals, since his below-average performance could hinder the kind of big-money deal both he and his agent, Scott Boras, are seeking. Harper could sign a short-term deal with the Nats and try again next year. Still, others are convinced the Yankees will pay any price to get the All-Star outfielder on their roster. What do you think? ⚾

In a contract year, Bryce Harper has not delivered. The Nationals are hovering above .500 but can't seem to make that final run into the postseason. He's losing a lot of money on the open market, but he already knows Washington loves him and would dish out huge money to keep him.

Even if it's a huge one-year deal to build his value back up, Harper would greatly benefit from staying with the Nationals.

The Yankees love their stars and the front office has its sights set on one in Washington. Bryce Harper grew up a Yankees fan in Las Vegas and would look great in pinstripes. The Bronx Bombers have deep pockets and would love to get their hands on him. Harper has even shown in an interest in playing first base, which would solve any problems he would have with Aaron Judge.

If the Yankees want Harper, they will get him.
