Murray won his first ATP player of the year award at year-end of 2016. He beat reigning champ Djokovic at the World Tour Finals. In total, he won nine titles in 2016. He's literally the best player in men's tennis. Here are his stats.

But Djokovic still has a huge following, and he's a more seasoned winner than Murray. He was the ATP player of the year in 2011 and 2012.
