The Washington Huskies were contending for a college football playoff spot for most of the year, but find themselves in the Fiesta Bowl instead. Not that it'll matter. The Huskies have enough playoff-caliber talent to carry the team to a win.

Myles Gaskin carried Washington most of the year, totaling 1,510 yards from scrimmage with 22 touchdowns. Jake Browning had a much quieter season than he did last year, but he still has the ability to throw the ball with accuracy. Washington has enough juice to win against Penn State

Penn State started the season on fire, with Heisman Trophy performances from Saquon Barkley almost weekly. Unfortunately, the Nittany Lions weren't able to back him up as a team. But the team can still redeem the season with a win in Arizona.

Barkley finished the season with 2,154 all-purpose yards and 21 touchdowns, accounting for a good chunk of the team's offense this year. Penn State also has the dynamic Trace McSorley, who contributes with both his arm and his legs. Washington won't have any answers for this duo. Penn State will win.
