The Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors will go head-to-head starting Tuesday, May 17 in the Eastern NBA Conference Finals. While many predict the Cavs will be the winners of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Raptors are having a historic season.

The Eastern Finals are a series of at least four scheduled games and an additional three, if needed, before the FINAL NBA finals where a team from the east (Cavs or Raptors) and another from the west (Warriors or Thunder) compete for the championship.

Although there's a series of games ahead, who do you predict will be the winners of the Eastern Conference Finals?

This is the Cavs second consecutive go-around at the Eastern Conference Finals. Last year, they won the conference, but lost the championship to the Warriors. The Raptors had a historic win against the Miami Heat Sunday, May 15, securing their place in the conference this year.

Regardless of the odds, Raptors fans are excited for the historic moment and are rooting for the team.
