Should Adam Vinatieri retire a Patriot or Colt?

The Indianapolis Colts are getting their kicker back. Clutch kicker Adam Vinatieri is reportedly coming back for his 23rd season and 13th with the Colts. Many people feel Vinatieri should retire as a Patriot where he hit two Super Bowl-winning field goals. However, Vinatieri has been more accurate and spent more of his career with the Colts. There may never be a more clutch kicker than Adam Vinatieri. Oh, and he did most of those kicks with the Patriots. Whether it was kicking a game-winning field goal in a snowstorm or winning two championships on his kicks, Vinatieri made a name for himself with New England. It's only appropriate that he should come back to the team to retire with the organization he helped put on the map.

Vinatieri had plenty of big moments with the Patriots, but the Colts have become his team. Not only has he been more accurate in Indianapolis, Vinatieri has scored more as a Colt than he did as a Patriot. He also won a championship with the team in 2006, including a game where he hit all five of his field goals against the Baltimore Ravens. The Patriots might want him back, but Vinatieri is a Colt now and forever.
