In a special election that many called a referendum on Trump's presidency, Democrat Jon Ossoff nearly won Newt Gingrich's old seat in a heavily conservative district in Georgia. Ossoff will now run against Republican Karen Handel in June, and liberals say Ossoff's strong performance shows Republicans are in for a rude awakening in 2018. But others pointed out Ossoff didn't win, 95 percent of his donations were from out of state, and 2018 is a long way away. Can the GOP hold Congress in 2018?
