The Supreme Court ruled in favor of letting the Trump administration partially enforce its 90-day ban on travelers from six Muslim-majority countries, overturning the lower courts that blocked the travel ban on the grounds of religious discrimination. The ban also suspends the refugee program for 120 days. The justices will hear full arguments on the case in October, but in the meantime, the ban is in effect. President Obama's former national security advisor, Susan Rice, argued President Trump's proposed travel ban would do nothing to help American security.

"There's no evidence ... we would make ourselves here in the United States safer," she said.
