Allegations of collusion between Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russian operatives have continued to dog Trump's presidency. Critics say the president's obsequious behavior toward Vladimir Putin and refusal to criticize or call out Russia's interference in our elections indicates that Trump himself is compromised. But Trump vehemently denies any collusion, and his supporters say the firestorm is just a politically motivated witch hunt. What do you think? 🇺🇸 🇷🇺

The latest revelations about Donald Trump Jr.'s meeting at Trump Tower has only further exacerbated theories that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.

Trump has refused to criticize Putin and even called Putin to congratulate him on his election "win." Trump has harsh words for virtually everyone but displays such a "stubborn reluctance to criticize" the Russian dictator. Critics say his deference to Putin is more evidence that the Trump campaign worked with the Russians to win the election.

“An American president does not lead the free world by congratulating dictators on winning sham elections,” Mr. McCain said in a statement issued by his office.

Trump was specifically told by his advisors to not congratulate Putin, yet he did so anyway. Critics think collusion not only happened but is occurring as we speak.

But others think we should listen to the president when he insists his campaign had nothing to do with Russia.

Trump appears to be acting on assumption that collusion is his silver bullet... After all, if the collusion allegation was bogus, isn't the entire investigation?
That's Trump's case, and it's likely to make sense to the vast majority of Americans who've been promised a collusion story Trump's enemies can't deliver.

Trump's supporters are angry that Congress and the media have given so much time and attention to a costly investigation they believe has provided no proof of collusion.

And Trump continues to insist the Russia investigation is nothing more than a witch hunt.
