Is President Trump a liar?

Twitter added a fact check to President Trump's tweet opposing mail-in ballots because there is no evidence to back up the president's claim that mail-in ballots lead to voter fraud. All of the research and past experience with mail-in ballots show that voter fraud is almost nonexistent—both Democratic states like California and Republican states like Utah use mail-in ballots on a regular basis without any issues. Trump attacked Twitter, saying it is stifling his right to speech—and refuses to acknowledge that what he is saying has no basis in reality. Trump himself votes by mail. However, Republicans are joining him in opposing mail-in voting, possibly because as Trump himself said, it might not "work out well for Republicans."
