The ridiculousness of the 2016 election has people wishing there was a minimum IQ necessary to vote. If the voting pool wasn't full of idiots then we wouldn't be in the situation we'd be in today, right? But literacy tests were used as tools in the past to prevent Black and other minority voters from participating in Democracy. People are afraid even a well-intentioned test would be abused to discriminate. What do you think? Vote now.
