Should FBI Dir. Comey have recommended charges against Clinton? | The Tylt
FBI Director James Comey announced the FBI has not found evidence to support charges against Hillary Clinton. While the way the emails were handled was "extremely reckless," there is no evidence for a criminal case.
Should Comey have recommended for charges to be brought against Clinton?
Clinton supporters on social media are hoping people will finally let go of this artificial controversy. The fact is no evidence means no evidence. There's no ulterior motive. Comey has a history of clashing with GOP and Democratic administrations. He is not someone who can be corrupted and he is not a loyal political operative. At a certain point, you're delving into conspiracy theories.
However this isn't enough for many of Clinton's detractors. People are blasting Comey saying he's been corrupted, that the Clintons and the Obama administration got to him. People are saying this is another example of how the system is rigged for the elites. Comey in his own words called Clinton's actions "extremely reckless." How is that enough to bring charges against her?
What do you think?

Might be a good moment to remind people that Comey is a Republican, and that FBI directors are given 10-year terms to assure independence.— Karen Tumulty (@ktumulty) July 5, 2016
