The Kentucky Senate is considering a bill that would mandate a "day of prayer" in the state's public schools. Conservatives have been calling for a return of school prayer, arguing its removal is in part responsible for America's moral decline. But others find the notion of school prayer to be totally ridiculous. Religious freedom includes the freedom not to believe.
