Attorney General Jeff Sessions is appearing before the House Judiciary Committee to answer questions about possible collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. After arguably lying under oath during his last hearing, many are calling on Sessions to step down or be fired. But others want Sessions to stick it out, and instead open an investigation into the Clintons. What do you think? 🤔

Some argue Attorney General Jeff Sessions committed perjury after he failed to "recall" conversations with Russian officials, and many lawmakers are calling on Sessions to resign, including Representative Ted Lieu of California:

“He lied under oath at least twice and most recently, both Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, based on their testimony and their statements, they show that Jeff Sessions contradicted himself when he said he was not aware of any campaign official talking to the Russians."
"He committed perjury. He should not be in that position"

But others want Sessions to stick around after reports surfaced that the Attorney General was considering the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Hillary Clinton and James Comey.

Sessions wants prosecutors to look into the Republican concerns and report directly to him and a top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post.
Republicans want to know if the former first lady was properly investigated for using a private email server while secretary of state or if the Clinton Foundation granted any special favors to big donors.

Many are still angry that Sessions hasn't resigned or been fired after lying under oath.

But others are standing by Sessions and urging him to open an investigation into the Clintons.
