Is Trump calling for Russia to find Clinton's emails treasonous or patriotic? | The Tylt
In a speech on Wednesday Trump called for Russian hackers to locate 30,000 emails that Clinton allegedly deleted in the midst of her email controversy.
On its surface, this comment sounds like just another bombastic turn-of-phrase from Trump. He just wants to get to the bottom of Clinton's emails and find out if there was any illegal activity. But critics say it sounds like a presidential nominee just openly called for a foreign power to conduct espionage against political opponent. That's the kind of thing you hear about happening in developing countries run by strongmen, cartels and demagogues.
What do you think?
Is Trump calling for Russia to find Clinton's emails treasonous or patriotic?
It's literally treason.
And Russia'a support of Trump is bizarre and unsettling.
Straight from Trump.
But Trump's supporters say this is just a distraction from the content of the leaks and the emails.
And it's just Trump baiting the media again. Like he has all along.
