Is the Trump brand ruined? | The Tylt
Whether or not he wins the presidency, some think 2016 election has done irreparable damage to Donald Trump's brand. The New York Times reports people are protesting Trump by boycotting his properties; Los Angeles Dodgers' first baseman Adrian Gonzalez is refusing to stay with the rest of the team at Trump's properties during the MLB playoffs. But even if he loses the election, Trump's rumored TV venture could take his personal brand to new heights. What do you think? Vote below!

When major-league athletes refuse to stay at your properties, it makes headlines. Not good for the brand.
Trump's prospect of winning this election seems to shrink daily. When someone's built their brand on being a winner, losing big will damage the brand.
And in light of numerous sexual assault allegations against Trump? "Shark Tank" host and billionaire Mark Cuban thinks Trump's brand is toast.
But if he loses, he could become the martyred leader of the anti-Clinton resistance—especially if he convinces his supporters the election was rigged against him.
Some argue his controversies will make his brand even more appealing—outrage and crossing the line is what his supporters love about him.
All those millions of supporters would likely tune in to future media ventures from Trump. Even if his hotels and properties suffer, Trump could still parlay this loss into a brand win.
Future Trump properties will not include his name on them. Not a good sign.
