Has President Trump ever purchased a box of cereal for himself?

After a week of tweeting about rampant voter fraud in Florida and Georgia, despite a complete lack of evidence of any such fraud, President Donald Trump shared his thoughts with conservative news outlet Daily Caller. While arguing in favor of voter IDs, the president stated, "If you buy a box of cereal—you have a voter ID." This, as anyone who has recently purchased some Cheerios from your local grocer can tell you, is patently untrue. So we have to ask, has the president ever bought a box of cereal?

Here's the full quote from the Daily Caller interview, via the Washington Post:

“If you buy a box of cereal — you have a voter ID. They try to shame everybody by calling them racist, or calling them something, anything they can think of, when you say you want voter ID. But voter ID is a very important thing.”

Surprisingly, this is not the first time the president has claimed that people need to flash a valid voter ID in order to use legal tender to obtain goods at grocery stores. In August the President of the United States said:

“You know, if you go out and you want to buy groceries, you need a picture on a card, you need ID. You go out and you want to buy anything, you need ID and you need your picture."

Philip Bump, the national correspondent for the Washington Post, did a deep investigation into this claim, concluding:

It is, uh, not valid. Maybe if you’re paying with a check, if people still do that? But if you want to go into a grocery store and buy some Cheerios using cash or a debit card, go nuts.
So it seems like the president may be more of a take-out guy.

When the grocery store issue first raised its ugly head, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders admitted the president may not be a grocery store type of guy. Per the Washington Post

At a briefing on Wednesday, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she was “not sure” when Trump last went to a grocery store.
“I’m not sure what that matters either,” she said, adding that people have to present an ID to buy beer and wine at grocery stores.

You do, however, need to show ID when buying alcohol in most states. While the president does not drink alcohol, and therefore likely has not purchased it, but it's possible that he was talking about other people. Those other beer buying people do need to show ID at the store. So he's not totally off.

The president has also shown a familiarity with distributing groceries in a normal way. So he has probably gotten cereal before, right?
