Do you trust President Trump to tell the truth? | The Tylt
President Donald Trump said he is currently taking hydroxychloroquine with zinc—a doubtful treatment that evidence shows is likely to increase the chance of death—as a preventative measure from becoming infected by the coronavirus. On Fox News, Neil Cavuto said in no uncertain terms: "If you are in a risky population here, and you are taking this as a preventative treatment ... it will kill you. I cannot stress enough. This will kill you." Some wonder if Trump is even telling the truth—he might not be taking it at all. He has a track record of lying and can't be relied on to speak openly and honestly. Others choose to believe the president and take him at his word.
