Should the National Rifle Association be dissolved?

New York Attorney General Letitia James moved to dissolve the National Rifle Association over severe financial mismanagement and self-dealing. The non-profit NRA abused its non-profit status to essentially funnel money to its own stakeholders. According to an investigation by The Trace, the organization effectively ripped off its members to pay executives and contractors. Ignoring those allegations, the NRA says it is being attacked for its political defense of the second amendment. President Trump, who has abused his own non-profit foundation to self-deal, suggested the NRA should move to Texas to evade the oversight.

However based on the financial records, it's clear that the NRA spent large sums of money on things like private jets, trips for executives and their families and other corrupt financial dealings.
