As Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation hearing continues, Sen. Cory Booker has distinguished himself as one of the most vocal opponents of the proceedings. Booker released confidential emails pertaining to the hearing, acknowledging the penalty of such action could be expulsion from the Senate. Many of Booker's supporters lauded the action, saying Booker's act of civil disobedience was for the good of the country.
