"HSM" is a classic Disney Channel Original Movie, and one of the highest rated for Disney Channel. The success of the first film spun not one, but two sequels. "HSM 2" became the biggest premiere for Disney, and the third film was released in theaters.

Zac is perfectly cast as a pretty boy and obnoxious fraternity president in this raunchy comedy. Many critics praised his outrageous performance, meaning Zac stole the show. Because of this, "Neighbors" has a 73 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 

The film also made more than $270 million worldwide at the box office in 2014. The movie's commercial success led to the sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" where Zac is now a former fraternity president and an ally of his once neighbors he and his former frat terrorized. The sequel made more than $108 million globally at the box office.
