Who’s more badass: Squirrel Girl or Deadpool?
Squirrel Girl is leading a show called "New Warriors" on Freeform. According to Hollywood Reporter, the show will focus on six "becomers" with superpowers who might not be on the level of the Avengers, but show promise as superheroes. Squirrel Girl (a.k.a. Doreen Green) will be one of the main characters. She's described as someone who is a heroic fan girl, aspiring to be a hero in her own right, and a natural-born leader.
She has the powers of a squirrel—including the ability to communicate with squirrels; superhuman agility, senses, and strength; a prehensile tail; razor-sharp claws; and retractable knuckle spikes. Her powers are cool-ish (definitely not as cool or powerful as Spider-Man's), but her character, willpower and determination are what help make her unbeatable. She also whooped Deadpool in the comics before.
Wade Wilson (a.k.a. Deadpool) has his own acclaimed, box office hit movie—and a sequel underway. Deadpool also has superhuman healing factor; we're talking about a guy who has gone toe-to-toe with Wolverine. No matter how beat up he gets, Deadpool will quickly recover and will be back slicing up bad guys in no time. Literally.
Both are badasses who are very hard to beat! Though both are similar, they also have distinct advantages. Read more perspectives below, and determine for yourself who's the badder badass.
Squirrel Girl is more badass because she has totally beat Deadpool.
Below is the comic book example, and some geeks speculate that Deadpool won't mess with Squirrel Girl because he's afraid of her.
Squirrel Girl took down the Juggernaut with the help of her squirrel sidekicks on the "Ultimate Spider-Man" series. Again—she took down the Juggernaut! Don't mess with the girl who can communicate with vicious rodents.
Are you sure you want to mess with this guy?
Deadpool is ruthless and unconventional. So no, you don't want to mess with this guy.
