Who should lead 'The Walking Dead': Michonne or Daryl Dixon? | The Tylt
Season nine of "The Walking Dead" will be Andrew Lincoln's last playing Rick Grimes. While Rick will definitely be missed, his spot as the leader of the survivors is wide open. Some reports say Michonne (played by Danai Gurira) is stepping up as the leader of the survivors. But Rick's right-hand man Daryl Dixon (played by Norman Reedus) could also take front and center, even though Reedus says he isn't replacing Lincoln. Who are you rooting for?

There are three reasons Michonne could definitely lead. Reason one: Michonne is a badass. Reason two: She had to get Rick together on numerous occasions. Reason three: See one and two. Cameron Bonomolo of Comic Book writes Michonne is ready to lead the pack.
Danai should be the lead of the show and Michonne should lead everyone , She is the only one capable.

But forget what the reports say. Fans want Daryl Dixon as the leader of the survivors. He is loyal and turned on his own racist brother for Rick and the crew.
I totally understand why he would want to leave, but it’s just hard to picture TWD without Rick. He is always the consistent main character who never dies no matter what. That being said, Daryl is a bad ass and my fav so having him be the lead on the show will be hella good too😜

"Daryl who will fill in that gap of leader" I think you all know where I'd like Daryl to lead me.
