After much speculation, many Batman fans are rejoicing! The Dark Knight is getting his first R-rated movie later this year. DC Comics is known for popular direct-to-video animated films, and the upcoming "Batman: The Killing Joke" is already garnering praise for staying true to the graphic novel of the same name.

But some fans might not want to see their beloved superhero in a darker-toned film that also might not be for small children. NO SPOILERS HERE!

Should the film come out as R-rated? Or should the filmmakers try to tone it down?
