In a statement on Facebook, Justin's camp wrote:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.

While fans are upset about the cancellations, many have pointed out that Justin must take care of himself. Fans are being refunded for their tickets. Others argue the singer can take time off, but should eventually finish the tour.

But like the statement read, he's headlined more than 150 shows over the course of 18 months, which is a pretty long time. His highly successful "Purpose" album came out nearly two years, so it's the end of an era. Which means after Justin takes some time off, a new music era will most likely beginand that should excite Beliebers. Pop superstars like Justin have to keep pushing forward.

So, should Justin take time off and eventually finish the tour, or should Justin just take time off and make sure he's healthy enough to continue dominating the pop game with a new era of music and success?

John Mayer showed his support for Justin. So many pop superstars burn themselves out trying to please their record labels and fans. They aren't superhuman. We forget sometimes they're people, and people need to take care of their bodies, minds and overall health.

Justin has been touring for a year and a half in support of his "Purpose" album. He's probably not only tired and needs some time off, but also might want to get his creative juices flowing in order to work on more music and keep fans entertained. Canceling those last 15 dates means the beginning of bigger things to come and the healthiest version of himself slaying.

There are rumors as to what Justin might do in his time off, like start a church, but Beliebers are skeptical about this. Nevertheless, they are happy for Justin's self-care.

But other fans argue Justin can reschedule at later dates and finish those last 15 shows. Justin was almost finished with the tour, and some fans have waited forever to see him live.
