Frank Ocean refused to submit his "Blonde" and "Endless" albums for Grammy recognition. Instead—he's protesting the Grammys for being unrepresentative of artists like him in today's music. Nominees Kanye West, Drake and Justin Bieber will allegedly follow suit and do not plan to attend. But critics point out these artist submitted their music and received nominations. Ocean argues Black artists rarely win in the major categories, and many artists agree that's very true for hip-hop.
