'RuPaul's Drag Race' Ultimate Queen: Sasha Velour or Trixie Mattel? | The Tylt
'RuPaul's Drag Race' Ultimate Queen: Sasha Velour or Trixie Mattel?
So far, there have been twelve queens with charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent who have won "RuPaul's Drag Race" and "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars" and became "America's next drag superstar." But before yet another queen is crowned on the upcoming season ten finale in June, we want you to name the "Drag Race" winner from any of the first nine seasons of "RuPaul's Drag Race" or three seasons of "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars" who has gone on to become the show's "Ultimate Queen." Let the shade begin... and in the words of Mother Ru herself, "don't fuck it up!"
And don't forget to cast your vote for the rest of our "Drag Race" debates:
#TeamSashaVelour because she's an intellectual art queen with a bald head and an unique style!
Sasha has combined her artsy side and her intellectual mind into her drag aesthetic. She's known for her art, fashion and creative direction. Sasha is the host of the Brooklyn-based drag show "Nightgowns," which highlights queen artists. She's also the founder of Velour: The Drag Magazine.
Trixie co-hosts her own series on VICE called "The Trixie & Katya Show." Bob the Drag Queen (winner of the eighth season of "RPDR") temporarily filled in for Katya while she was in recovery from methamphetamine addiction.
Trixie is a TV, social media, and comedic personality. But that's not all, folks—she's also a highly praised country-folk singer and musician. She dropped her debut album Two Birds" in 2017, peaking at #2 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart.
She has come a long way after being eliminated twice in season seven of "RPDR." She was already an all-star when she won "All Stars 3" in March 2018.
