Below is the synopsis of "iZombie," per Rotten Tomatoes.

A zombie helps Seattle police solve murders by experiencing victims' memories when she eats their brains.

"iZombie" holds a fresh rating of 91 percent and an audience score of 87 percent on Rotten Tomatoes (at the time of publication). The comic book–adapted series successfully intermixed procedural drama (TV shows focused on solving crimes) with horror-comedy, but fans of the show are going to have to find another unique horror-comedy to watch. "iZombie" wrapped up after season five and the comedy is truly missed.

Below is the synopsis of "Santa Clarita Diet," per Rotten Tomatoes.

Joel (Timothy Olyphant) and Sheila (Drew Barrymore) are husband and wife realtors leading vaguely discontented lives in the L.A. suburb of Santa Clarita with their teenaged daughter Abby, until Sheila goes through a dramatic change sending their lives down a road of death and destruction...but in a good way.

"Santa Clarita Diet" holds a fresh rating of 89 percent and an audience score of 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes (at the time of publication). The horror-comedy was definitely a unique take on flesh-eating zombies. Sheila (played by Drew Barrymore) and others like her look normal, but they have a taste for blood and flesh. "Santa Clarita Diet" gave us quite the re-imaging of that zombie life. As of now, too bad fans won't get to see what happens next, as season three left off on a cliffhanger. Fingers crossed for a proper series finale or another network picking up the quirky-yet-gory comedy.
