According to Evening Standard, Katie Baylis of Betfair said the name options could change again:

“At this stage Diana, Arthur and Alice, which was favourite at different stages for Kate and William’s babies, are the 12/1 front runners. However, with months until the baby is born, those odds will shorten, change and other names will come to the forefront, so watch this space.”

But also according to Evening Standard, that didn't hold bookers back from placing their bets:

Private bookmaker Fitzdares gave Alexander top odds along with Arthur and Philip if the tike is a boy - or Alice, Victoria and Mary if it's a girl.
