Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff may have feuded over Aaron Carter in the aughts, but they were both teen queens of TV, movies and music. Lohan broke out in Disney's family comedy remake of "The Parent Trap" before starring in Disney Channel original movies, slaying in the lead role of "Mean Girls" and launching a pop music career. But Duff had the titular role on the hit show "Lizzie McGuire" during Disney Channel's prime before becoming a pop-rock superstar. Who's your favorite '00s teen queen?

Lohan is known for roles in Disney Channel movies and blockbuster comedies of the aughts. After breaking out in "The Parent Trap" in the late '90s, she starred in "Life Size," "Freaky Friday," "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" and her ultimate leading role in "Mean Girls." She was the supreme teen idol in the early-to-mid aughts and Disney's "it" girl.

Lohan crossed over into music in 2003, appearing on the soundtracks of hit movies and dropping her debut album "Speak" in 2004. Her first single "Rumors" off that album talked about her dealing with fame, paparazzi and media backlash. She is the teen queen, so it makes sense she'd sing about the price of her popularity. While Lohan starred in movies, Duff held it down on the Disney Channel starring in "Lizzie McGuire." This was years after she was magical in "Casper Meets Wendy." But her Disney show was so big that Duff ventured into teen movies with "The Lizzie McGuire Movie." She also co-starred in "Agent Cody Banks," "Cheaper by the Dozen," "A Cinderella Story" and "Raise Your Voice." Lohan may have been an "it" girl, but Duff gave her a run for her money.

Duff also launched a huge pop-rock career. After releasing a Christmas album, her sophomore album "Metamorphosis" topped the Billboard Top 200 Albums and featured the hits "So Yesterday" and "Come Clean." Her self-titled third album also made a splash with the smash "Wake Up." Her pop-music career definitely carried throughout the aughts, unlike Lohan's stint.
