The James Charles scandal almost broke the internet, and now fans are saying the beauty influencer is canceled. Charles is a popular YouTuber, known for his beauty tutorials and as a celebrity makeup artist, but he's being accused of making homophobic and racist comments. Fellow YouTube influencer Tati Westbrook took to her channel to air out the rising star's transgressions, and says Charles' behavior has been inappropriate for far too long. Despite losing a significant part of his fan base, Charles uploaded an apology video addressing the scandal. Should he be forgiven?

Fans online are showing Westbrook support. The YouTuber has gained several million subscribers since she lambasted Charles. In the 43-minute-long video, Westbrook says:
“You’re a phony. You’re easily bought,” Westbrook said as she ended her video, adding “You sold me out, but you threw away our friendship.”

Charles quickly uploaded his apology, but that didn't stop him from losing millions of subscribers from his own page. The fans that continue to follow him are rallying behind him, saying he is simply a young adult who made a mistake.
