Favorite revival: 'Fuller House' or 'Gilmore Girls'?
Below is the synopsis of "Fuller House," per IMDB.
In a continuation of Full House (1987), D.J. Fuller is a mother of three young boys and is a recent widow. D.J.'s sister Stephanie, her best friend Kimmy and Kimmy's teenage daughter all move in to help raise her sons. The house is now a lot fuller.
IGN's Chris Hayner wrote that "Fuller House" simply works as a family-friendly show.
Fuller House is somehow getting better with age. It's still not the greatest TV you'll find out Netflix but it excels at what it knows best: family-friendly sitcom fare that's equal parts heartwarming and cheesy.
Perhaps what’s most important to realize about the new material is that it’s clearly made with love. There’s very little eye-winking involved, and for a series as sincere as “Gilmore Girls” has always been, that’s the perfect attitude to take. In era of revivals driven and manipulated by the almighty dollar, “A Year in the Life” is refreshing in its genuine creation.
