Finchel's best 'Glee' duet: 'Don't Stop Believin' or 'We've Got Tonite'?
"Don't Stop Believin'" became an inspirational anthem for the New Directions on "Glee." And it all started with Finchel and the other original members of the glee club—Mercedes, Kurt, Tina and Artie. The song would be performed twice more on the show, and is considered one of the more memorable moments on "Glee."
No one was expecting a cover of Bob Seger's "We've Got Tonite" to be the final duet between Rachel and Finn. Though Finchel didn't end up together due to Cory Monteith's sudden death, it ended on a such a beautiful note. Finchel were supposed to be soulmates. "We've Got Tonite" is now a symbol of their true, but tragic love. They didn't have eternity, but they had that night.
