Below is the synopsis of "Deadpool 2," per Rotten Tomatoes:

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Miami's hottest bartender, while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor - finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World's Best Lover.

The Washington Post's Michael O'Sullivan calls the film perfect! He writes:

Nothing is sacred here, except comedy. At the same time that “Deadpool 2” mocks everything from superhero action to audition montages, it inoculates itself against any criticism that might come its way. That’s “Deadpool 2’s” real — and real subversive — superpower: the ability to laugh, unsparingly, at itself.

The Daytona Beach News Journal's Katie Walsh argues the film is complete trash. She writes:

"Deadpool 2" is annoying and bad. That's all you really need to know, but criticism requires argumentation and examples, and it just so happens that the sequel to the shocking (and shockingly successful) superhero satire is rife with evidence for just how annoying, and yes, also bad it is.
