Should 'Catfish' be canceled?

MTV's "Catfish" is in hot water after a young woman, Ayissha Morgan, accused the show's host Nev Schulman of sexual misconduct. Schulman denied the allegations, but MTV put production of the upcoming season on pause. The young woman recently posted a video detailing what happened between she and Schulman. MTV has yet to comment on the video or status of the show. Some believe the show is over, others want to see the series return. Should "Catfish" be canceled?

MTV put a halt on production after the allegations surfaced. According to The Cut, in a statement, an MTV spokesperson said. 

“We take these allegations very seriously. We’re working with Critical Content, our third party production company, to conduct a thorough investigation.”

According to The Blast, Ayissha Morgan, who accused Schulman of sexual misconduct, filed a police report. She also posted a video detailing the events.

Schulman has not spoken out since the video surfaced. But when the allegations initially went public, he claimed his innocence. 

"I have always been transparent about my life, said Nev Schulman. And would always take responsibility for my actions -- but these claims are false."
