"TWD" is still cable's #1 show, but the ratings have been slipping—while "Westworld" keeps gaining a bigger following week after week. If we could only watch one, which show do you think we should be investing in?

The success of "Westworld" continues to grow heading into its season finale on Dec. 4. And many are calling the suspenseful show better than "The Walking Dead."

We won't spoil anything for you, but "Westworld" is based on the 1973 movie of the same name. The show is a western, but with a twist—artificial beings inhabit a Old West theme park. High-paying guests or "newcomers" are allowed to do whatever they want within the park without any consequences.

But let's not forget that "The Walking Dead" is now in its seventh season. Of course some fans will lose interest from time-to-time. But others remain loyal. It's still the highest rated TV show on cable television for a reason. Fans 👏🏽 still 👏🏽  love 👏🏽 "TWD." Period.

While walkers continue to roam the earth in the apocalypse, season seven might have presented the most brutal villain that Rick Grimes and the gang have ever encountered—the bar-wired, bat-wielding sociopath Negan (who has a serious God complex). And fans can't stop watching to see what happens next!

Yet, some fans have already turned their backs on "The Walking Dead." Others are falling in-and-out of love. "TWD" is being replaced by "Westworld" in some fandoms.

Since the fall, fans have been comparing the two shows, but loyalists will always love "The Walking Dead."
